Return (Unwanted item)
You have 14 days to raise a return for an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds (Unwanted item)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note return postage costs must be met by the consumer.
Return (Faulty item)
If your item is faulty please send the item to us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund/replacement at the earliest convenience.
Please note if your item arrived physically damaged we will require this to be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt.
Our returns policy excludes the following:
- Items damaged by poor installation or handling
- Items damaged by external components (i.e a PCB blowing because of other faulty components in your machine)
- Items that are water damaged (with the exception of the above damaged on arrival rule)
